Surat tertanggal 17 September 2007 dari The S.E.A. Write Awards Organising Committee, Bangkok. Thailand saya terima tanggal 28 September 2007 yang memberitahukan bahwa saya menerima penghargaan dari organisasi tersebut yang rencananya akan diadakan pada tanggal 7-13 October 2007.
Beberapa bulan yang lalu saya diberitahu oleh Bapak Prih Suharto dari Pusat Balai Bahasa, bahwa saya dinominasikan sebagai penerima penghargaan dari The S.E.A. Write Awards Organising Committee, Bangkok.

The members of the S.E.A. Write Awards Organising Committee join me in sending you our sincere congratulations on being selected as Indonesia‘s S.E.A.Write Awardee for 2007.
The 2007 S.E.A.Write Week has been scheduled from Sunday, 7-13 October 2007, culminating in the Awards Presentation and Gala Dinner on Friday, 12 October, to be presided over by Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana in the Oriental Hotel’s Royal Ballroom, following the traditional Cocktail Reception in the Autors’ Lounge.
On the evening of Monday, 8 October 2007, each awardee will receive a prize money (cheque) for the amount of Baht ....,- from the S.E.A. Write Organising Committee Chairman, M.R.Sukhumbhand Paribatra. A welcome dinner will take place in the Sala Rim Naam Thai Restaurant following the cheque presentation.
We would like to ask all awardees to arrive on Sunday 7 October 2007 for a week’s complimentary stay which as you know, is part of the prize. The departure date is Saturday, 13 October 2007.
In the meantime, please kindly contact, at your earliest convenience, the Thai Airways International Office in your country where a complimentary raound-trip air ticket will be issued for you. Thai Airways International is one of the S.E.A. Write Awards’ major sponsors.

If you wish to be accompanied by your spouse or companion, we would be delighted to welcome him or her as our guest with the same privileges (Three meals per day excluding alcoholic beverages and all other incedentals, to be settled upon departure). In regards to airfare for your companion, please kindly check with the Thai Airways International Office for any special discounts which may be available.
7. With regard to fuel surcharge per person, The Oriental Hotel will reimburse each awardee only accordingly. Please kindly present the fuel surcharga receipt to Ms. Janpen and reimbursement will be arranged for you.
